everything about photography in New York, photobooks and the photographer I love

In October 2011, during the Occupy Wall Street protest, a photographer Mathieu Asselin set up an open-air studio at Zuccotti Park in Manhattan. He has spent the whole day shooting portraits of people who came to the park. The energy  and a feedback from people were amazing, the variety of people was impressive!

Mathieu put all the portraits together and printed the newspaper called “The Ninety-Nine Percent”. He went back to the Wall Street to share it with people!
