Erik van der Weijde is a Dutch artist based in Brazil (where he also prints many of his publications). Nelore, - the name comes from Nellore, a city in India. In Brazil it refers to beef cattle that was brought there from India. “The Nelore has a distinct large hump over the top of the shoulder and neck. They have long legs which help them to walk in water and when grazing”. These beautiful animals can adapt to almost anything, and known for their hardiness, fertility and longevity. (But they can’t stand cold weather!). Today Brazil is the largest breeder of Nelore.

It is a very nice book, printed in Brazil on recycled paper (Ag Capa paper (Canary)). Headshots of Nelores! 4478zine publishes beautiful and unique books and zines, and the most important is that all of them are created with a lot of thinking, love and care.
